For this tutoria,l you will need :

Tubes of choice
Font of choice
Brush of choice

My Supplies :
Template
Dots Tube


Muras - Copies

1. Open up new image 500 x 400.

2. Open the Template
Copy paste as new layer the BACKGROUND layer.
Now
Copy, paste as new layer the TEMPLATE layer.

3. Activate the Template layer
Go to SELECTIONS...SELECT ALL...FLOAT...DEFLOAT


Select a colour for your template and Flood Fill.
Selections None

4. Activate the MAGIC WAND...TOLERANCE AND FEATHER 0
On the Template Layer
Click in the first box
Add a New Layer
Apply your chosen brush

Selections None.

Reactivate the Template
Click in the 2nd box
Open up Tubes.
Copy, paste as new layer your first tube
Position

Go to SELECTIONS...INVERT
Hit Delete
Selections None.
REPEAT
This step until you have all of the template filled.
Layers Merge Visible.


5. Go to EFFECTS...3D EFFECTS...DROP SHADOW.
Vertical 1
Horizontal -1
Opacity 25
Blur 5

6. Activate the Preset Shapes...RECTANGLE..WIDTH 1
Colour - The same one used for your Template

Draw another box, the same size as your Template layer.
Ensure this layer is below the Template layer.

Convert To Raster.

7. Go to EFFECTS...PLUGINS...MURAS...COPIES


X out any background layer
Merge Layers visible.


8. Activate the Preset Shapes...Rectangle, draw 2 lines as shown.
Colour
Vertical Line - A complimentary colour
Horizontal Line - Same colour as template

Convert To Raster.

Go to EFFECTS...DROP SHADOW
On both of the lines
Vertical 4
Horizontal -1
Opacity 10
Blur 13

9. Open up the Dots Tube,
Copy paste as new layer
Go to SELECTIONS...SELECT ALL...FLOAT...DEFLOAT
Flood Fill with your template colour
Selections None
Position


10. Activate the Preset Shapes
Colour - A complimentary shade
Draw a small square...convert to raster.
Duplicate so you have 3
Position
Add the same Drop Shadow as before.


11. Open your main tube, copy..paste as new layer
Position
Add a Drop Shadow
Vertical -2
Horizontal -5
Opacity 18
Blur 13

Merge All Layers Visible.

Text

For the text, I used the same colour as my 3 small squares.
Font - Dr Carbfred, Size 72.

Drop Shadow
Vertical 2
Horizontal -1
Opacity 28
Blur 9
